We provide a free consultation for you to find your needs that fit your brand, targeted audience, and maximum search engine optimization. 

How Much Does It Cost To Design A Website?

A website is tailored to the client’s needs. After the initial consultation we are able to provide a closer estimation to build your website.

What About Order Refund & Returns?

Prior to designing the website, we request a reasonable deposit based on our contract. An approximate timeline is agreed upon to complete the design. If there is a breach in the contract, we may renogotiate or teminate the contract. 

What Other Charges Does A Customer Pay?
At McClinon LLC, we strongly recommend that our valued customers take ownership of their domain. This ensures that you have full control and authority over your domain. Moreover, we encourage you to purchase your own hosting service, empowering you to have complete control over your website. In the event that you would like us to maintain your website, we may offer our services for a nominal monthly or annual fee, depending on the level of changes required.
What If I Already Have A Website?

We make every effort to determine this during the initial consultation. Because we predominantly use a Content Management System known as WordPress, we will determine if we are the best fit.

What Is A Domain?

We often associate a domain with the address of a building. For instance, 123 Main St = www.mainst.com (org, co, net, etc.). A domain is associated with one website, like a person’s social security number. 

What Is Hosting?

Hosting is where your domain resides. When you are ready for your website to be visible to the public, you must purchase a hosting service. Hosting service is similar to property that is found in a zip code. Otherwise, your domain sits on an empty lot.

How Much Does Hosting Cost?

Hosting costs vary based on the hosting company. We may suggest a hosting company based on cost and customer service support. 

What If My Website Is Down?

We may investigate based on the error on the screen. The error helps us to determine if there is an issue with the domain, hosting, or content.

Who Makes Changes To My Website?

A customer has the option to make changes and updates to their website because it belongs to you. We encourage website owners to allow us to maintain it on a monthly basis to prevent any conflicts with software.

What Support Services Do You Provide?

We provide limited service to the websites that we build and maintain. Our skills allow us to communicate well with technical support of hosting services. An additional charge may be associated with the time that we spend.

Do You Provide Graphic Services?

We offer graphic services. There may be additional costs based on the time we spend to create or recreate logos, images, and other graphic designs. 

Do You Provide Video and Audio?

We create videos that are appropriate for your website. If the video also has sound, it will be muted upon launch. This gives the viewer the opportunity to play the sound when it may not be in a suitable environment. We suggest that videos are created using YouTube. Videos may slow down your website.

What If My Domain Has Expired?

Please check your email associated with your domain company. If your domain has recently expired, you may be able to renew it. Depending upon the hosting company, your content will be restored. We keep a backup copy of your website that may be restored.

What If My Hosting Has Expired?

Please check your email from the hosting company. They generally send an email in advance to avoid interruption. Depending upon the hosting company, they may restore your account and the content will be in tact. 

What If Some Of The Content Does Not Show?

WordPress works with special software known as plugins. Sometimes plugins are not updated and may not be compatible. We are able to troubleshoot this for you and determine the best soltion.

How Long Does It Take To Fix My Problem?

If we find it is simply a matter of updating software, your website will be updated within an hour. However, if the error is with the hosting company we may not have any control over it. We can often find out if this is an overall hosting issue or an issue with your account.
